Subject: Letter of Intent to Engage with Medpaid LLC
We, Medpaid, a Limited Liability organization and existing under the laws of Utah, are pleased to submit this Letter of Intent (“LOI”) to express our intent to engage in a business relationship with Medpaid LLC (“Medpaid”).
- Purpose of the Engagement
The purpose of this LOI is to outline the preliminary terms and mutual understanding regarding our intention to collaborate with Medpaid in [describe the specific area of engagement, e.g., pharmaceutical marketing, medical data analytics, etc.].
