1. Program Overview
The Medpaid LLC Virtual Dispensary Program ("Program") is an initiative designed exclusively for licensed healthcare practitioners. It enables participating practitioners (“Participants”) to refer patients to supplements and healthcare products through personalized referral links, while earning a margin on eligible purchases made through those links.
2. Eligibility
Participation in the Program is restricted to individuals who:

Are licensed medical professionals in good standing.

Have completed the Program registration process and have been approved by Medpaid LLC.

Agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
Medpaid reserves the right to verify the licensing credentials of any applicant or Participant at any time and may suspend or terminate access for any reason, including misrepresentation.
3. Referral Link and Commission Structure

Each approved Participant will be issued a unique tracking link.

Commissions (also referred to as "margin") are earned on sales generated via the Participant’s referral link, according to the prevailing rate communicated during onboarding or via Program updates.

Medpaid reserves the right to modify commission structures or product eligibility at any time, with or without prior notice.
4. Payment Terms

Commissions will be calculated on a monthly basis and disbursed within 30 days of the close of each calendar month.

Payments will be made through the method selected during registration (e.g., direct deposit, check).

Any returned products, chargebacks, or refunds will result in commission reversal accordingly.
5. Participant Responsibilities
By enrolling in the Program, the Participant agrees to:

Promote only products that are appropriate for their patients and within the scope of their practice.

Not make unsubstantiated or misleading claims about any product.

Comply with all relevant state and federal laws and professional guidelines.
6. HIPAA Compliance and Data Privacy

Medpaid LLC is committed to maintaining compliance with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA).

No personal health information (PHI) will be disclosed to any third party without appropriate patient consent.

Practitioners must also ensure that any communication involving PHI is secure and compliant.
7. Termination
Medpaid LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Participant's access to the Program at its sole discretion, with or without cause.
Participants may also terminate their participation at any time by providing written notice.
8. Limitation of Liability
Medpaid LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from participation in the Program. All products recommended through the Program remain the responsibility of the practitioner in accordance with professional guidelines.
9. Modifications
Medpaid LLC may amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of such changes.
