Have an HSA or FSA account? You may save up to 40% a year on your membership fees to Detroit Thrive Gym. Take a health assessment and receive a Letter of Medical Necessity (LMN) valid to reimburse all membership fee's for 12 months if approved. Simply re-apply after 12 months to renew. Submit your receipts and LMN from Medpaid to your HSA/FSA administrator for final approval and reimbursement.

Complete Free Health Assessment
Take a quick online assessment found on your order confirmation page to determine the medical necessity of your purchased items.
Receive LMN
Once approved, our licensed medical staff will issue your Free Letter of Medical Necessity within 24 hours, qualifying your purchase for reimbursement through your HSA/FSA provider.

Reimburse gym memberships & personal training with HSA/FSA
If you paid out-of-pocket, you can often submit for reimbursement when you have your receipt and a Letter of Medical Necessity (LMN) (when required by your plan).
Step 2: Complete the quick assessment to see if you qualify for an LMN.
Step 3: Download your LMN and keep your receipt/invoice.
Step 4: Submit your reimbursement claim to your HSA/FSA administrator using their portal/app.
- Your receipt or invoice showing merchant, date, and amount paid

- Any claim form/fields your administrator requires (expense category, description, etc.)
